One Win reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any terms in this document at any time without prior notice. It is the member's responsibility to review the terms periodically.

These Terms cover all services provided by One Win including Sports Betting (football, badminton, Malaysia Super League, EPL), Live Casino (blackjack, roulette), virtual sports, e-sports, slots, and all related products.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Bahasa Malaysia version and any other language version of this document, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall take precedence for Malaysian users.

Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the platform One Win. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and any account found to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately.

Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are subject to a court order restricting financial activity are not eligible to register.

Non-One Win Employees: Employees, directors, agents, and their immediate family members One Win are not permitted to be active members who place bets or claim bonuses.

Single Account: Each individual, IP address, device, phone number, and residential address is permitted only one account. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Registration Details: You must provide your full name as shown on your ID, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and a strong password. All information must be accurate and up to date at all times.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. One Win will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact us immediately.

Phone Number Verification: All accounts require OTP verification via a valid Malaysian phone number. The same phone number may not be used for more than one account.

False Information: Providing false or misleading information during registration is a serious violation. One Win reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances if any information is found to be inaccurate.

KYC Verification: To process your first withdrawal, or when your balance reaches RM1,000 or more, we may request a copy of your Malaysian identity card and proof of current address. This is a standard procedure to protect all players.

Account Holder Name: The account holder name on the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals must match the registered account name One Win yours. Third-party transactions are not accepted and will be returned.

Daily Withdrawal Limit: The standard daily withdrawal limit is RM20,000 per day. VIP members may enjoy higher limits. The weekly limit is set at RM100,000.

Bonus Rollover Requirements: Deposits made during an active bonus offer may be subject to rollover requirements before withdrawals are permitted. Please read the relevant bonus terms before making a deposit.

Withdrawal Rejection: One Win reserves the right to suspend or decline withdrawals if fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of terms is suspected. All such decisions will be communicated to the member concerned in writing.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a first deposit bonus of up to RM500 (100% deposit match). This bonus carries a 10x rollover requirement on the total amount (deposit + bonus) before any withdrawal can be made.

One Bonus Per Member: Each member is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes fraud, and the accounts involved will be closed.

Rollover Requirements: All bonuses must be rolled over at the specified rate before any withdrawal is permitted. Rollover refers to the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds — not the amount that needs to be won.

Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses have a validity period as specified in the respective bonus terms. Bonuses not redeemed within the stipulated period will be automatically forfeited.

Prohibited Conduct: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including arbitrage betting, opening multiple accounts, or using automated software — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

One Win Discretion: One Win reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or refuse any bonus or promotion at any time at its sole discretion, particularly where fraud or abuse is suspected.

Bet Validity: A bet is considered valid once confirmed by the system One Win and confirmation are displayed on screen. Bets placed during a technical disruption may be voided and stakes refunded.

Minimum & Maximum Bet: The minimum bet limit is RM5 for most markets. Maximum limits vary by league, market type, and account tier. These limits are displayed on the bet slip prior to confirmation.

Odds Movement: For live (in-play) betting, odds may change between the time you select them and the time of confirmation. If the odds have changed at the point of confirmation, the system will display the updated odds and prompt you to reconfirm.

Odds Error: In the event of a material error in the displayed odds caused by a system or human error, One Win reserves the right to void the bet in question, regardless of whether it resulted in a win or a loss.

Postponed or Cancelled Matches: If a match is postponed before it begins, all bets will be refunded. If a match starts but is then suspended, the policy depends on the time elapsed and the discretion of One Win.

Inside Information: Using insider or confidential information to gain a wagering advantage is strictly prohibited. One Win may void bets and close the account if such activity is suspected.

Deposit Limit: Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in their account settings. Requests to lower a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Loss Limit: You may set a maximum loss limit over a specified period. Once the limit is reached, the system will block new deposits until the period resets.

Self-Exclusion: Members may choose to take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a self-defined period. During a break, the account cannot be accessed but the balance remains secure.

Self-Exclusion: Members who feel they have a gambling problem may apply for permanent self-exclusion. The account will be permanently closed and the member's name added to the exclusion list.

All content on the platform One Win — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — are the protected intellectual property of One Win Sdn. Bhd. Reproduction, distribution, or reuse of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

You are not permitted to use any name, logo, or trademark One Win in any marketing or promotional capacity without prior written consent from management.

The use of any bots, automated scripts, data scraping tools, or any technology that simulates human behaviour on the platform One Win is strictly prohibited.

Violation of any terms in this document, including holding multiple accounts, providing false information, or abusing bonuses.

Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity involving the platform One Win.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months will be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM5 after the 12-month inactive period.

Members whose accounts have been closed due to a violation are entitled to request a review within 14 business days. Review requests must be submitted by email to support@onewin-jit.com.

One Win is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of betting. You bet at your own risk and are solely responsible for your betting decisions.

In the event of a technical disruption, service suspension, or system error, the maximum liability One Win is limited to the amount you deposited within the 30 days preceding the incident.

One Win does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times, though we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime.

Any dispute should be reported to the support team One Win within 14 days of the date of the incident. Late submissions may not be processed effectively.

Complaints resolution team One Win will contact you within 3–5 business days. All dispute-related communications must go through official channels: live chat or email at support@onewin-jit.com.

If an internal resolution is unsatisfactory, members have the right to refer their dispute to a recognised independent mediation body. Details of the mediation body are available from our support team.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

One Win reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date.

It is the member's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. The latest version is always available on the One Win on this page.
